I have been on the look out for the perfect fur for some time now.  There have been numerous vests and jackets that have caught my eye,  but I just couldn't commit.  Living in Georgia, I don't need more than one fur item.  So, I wanted to make sure that I picked something that would transition through life with me.  As much as I liked the idea of having a vest, I just couldn't see it being a viable option for the times when formal attire is required.  So, I went with this gorgeous shawl, and yes...it has POCKETS!!!  I love this piece because, from the front, it resembles the look of a fur vest, but from the back, it adds a unique look to my outfit. Plus, this shawl would totally be appropriate with a cocktail dress for a formal event.  In your opinion, what style fur would stand the test of time in your closet?

I love the look of a head-to-toe denim ensemble.  The best part of wearing such an outfit is the wide range of denim pieces available today. With variety that spans from classic all-American to edgy and eclectic, the options are nearly endless when creating an all-denim look. Personally, I'm a fan of pairing my jeans with a simple button up chambray shirt. As always, just remember to stay away from pairing two pieces of the same wash/tone.

I hope everyone enjoyed their time off with loved ones. Jordan, Ella, and I sure did.  Yesterday, I decided to channel my inner lumberjack.  To be honest, I don't know why I haven't done it sooner.  I mean, what could be more comfy then your favorite flannel, warm socks, and your husband's beanie?  Jordan and I spent the afternoon at the movies. Make sure you see The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.  It is such a fun and entertaining movie.

I am usually not one to wears graphic tees (a solid white or grey tee is my favorite), however; I do think it is important to have a tee with a print or pattern that you love.  This may be one of the oldest shirts I own (it survived high school), and this graphic just may be my favorite broadway show.  How do you feel about graphic tees?  More importantly, how do you feel about broadway?
