Grunge...

Dress: ASOS sold out (similar here)Shirt: JCrewBoots: AshSunglasses: Tom Ford

Today, I am taking it back to the 90's with this grunge influenced look.  If you are anything like me, you love the recent trend consisting of a plaid shirt tied around the waist of an outfit. I did some research, and I decided to compile a list of my three favorite ways to rock this look. Here is what I have come up with.  I hope it helps you guys out!  Let me know.

3 Ways to Wear
1. Wrapping the Shirt around your Jeans
This is the most common way to pull of the plaid wrap look.  Add your favorite leather jacket or hat for that perfect grungy feel.  Mix it up with flats, boots or heels.
2. Wrapping the Shirt around a Skirt or Shorts
While this isn't the most practical look for cooler months, it is an interesting one to note. Try pairing it with a basic neutral color top tone the look down.  Sometimes, less is more!
3. Wrapping the Shirt around a Dress (like me)
This is a great way to get a casual-chic look when you feel like wearing a dress but don't want to look to to refined.  An important thing to remember is, this look will not work with all types of dresses. Typically, a bodycon or t-shirt dress would be the best option.
